Now That's a Story!

Let me tell you a story about some dating services that I was researching on line. I was looking at one that was called on-line dating and was curious to know just what a dating service was. I know I have found out what a fling is, what embrace means, and other words that I have never heard of.

When I decided to go into this site, I met this man on this on-line dating service. He answered my ad and was very polite about the questions. He never tried to push himself on to me right away like a lot of men would do. We talked through this on-line dating service for almost 2 months before we exchanged id’s that we use on yahoo. As things progressed, we started exchanging phone numbers and addresses.

My first thought of this idea it would just be a fling. Yes, just a fling as in lucky maybe like 4 dates. That is what I call a fling, in fact most flings last one night. Talking about a fling, I had one of those one time. It was very interesting when him and I went out. We had talked about our old dates, our friends, and just a lot of nothing.

Well now back to my new fling. He was telling me on line how he would embrace me, how he would kiss me, and cuddle me. Does anyone use the word embrace anymore? I have heard of words like making out, cuddling, and kissing, but never the word embrace. To me embrace would mean to put your arms around something, or to hold up something that was about ready to fall.

Well, now back to my story. We were talking about on-line dating and was about to meet this guy. As we started talking more and more, I think this guy will not be just a fling. He just might turn out to be my ideal guy. I do know we started dating very serious after chatting on line for awhile. He was a very attractive, well-mannered gentleman, and believe me he sure knew his manners.
